How to join the Esotiq Club?
Will I receive a physical ESOTIQ CLUB card?
Yes, if you register at a brick-and-mortar store.
If you register via the website, your card will be virtual. To use it in a brick-and-mortar store, simply provide the phone number you used to register at the checkout. You can also print it out and present it before making a purchase.

How does the discount on subsequent purchases for Club members work?
For every purchase made using your ESOTIQ Club card (in a brick-and-mortar store or online), you will receive a DISCOUNT ON YOUR NEXT PURCHASE (known as CASHBACK) to be used in a brick-and-mortar store. The value of the DISCOUNT ON YOUR NEXT PURCHASE depends on the amount of your purchases. The more you spend, the more you will gain on your next visit – up to 100 PLN.
You will receive information about your DISCOUNT ON YOUR NEXT PURCHASE in a text message Cashback will be available 15 days after the date of issue of the sales document for your purchases at ESOTIQ. We will inform you about its activation in an SMS message.
The CASHBACK discount is granted on regular prices, so you gain the most by choosing non-discounted products.

How to use the discount on your first purchase in the online store?
You will find your discount for your first purchase after logging into your account. After clicking on the banner with the promotion message, a description of the discount and a „use ”button will appear. The discount will be automatically activated and deducted from the products you add to your basket.
Can I use my Cashback for online purchases?
No, Cashback can only be used in a physical store.
Can I split my Cashback across several orders?
No, Cashback cannot be split across multiple orders. It can only be used in full on a single order.
Are there any costs associated with joining the ESOTIQ CLUB?
No, membership in ESOTIQ CLUB is completely free. Receiving text messages about promotions from ESOTIQ is also completely free.
How can I cancel my membership in the ESOTIQ CLUB?
Members may withdraw from the Club at any time without incurring any costs. Withdrawal should be made by sending a statement of withdrawal by email to club@esotiq.com or by submitting a statement of withdrawal at the Salon.
