EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY IN ESOTIQ STORES
 
RETURNS

Products purchased at ESOTIQ stores can be returned within 14 days of the date of purchase. Returns are only possible at the ESOTIQ store where the purchase was made.
Refunds are made exclusively to an ESOTIQ gift card.
Discounted items are not eligible for return.
In the case of a promotion involving the purchase of several products at a specific price or discount, all items covered by the promotion must be returned.
 
 EXCHANGES

Products purchased at the ESOTIQ Salon can be exchanged within 14 days of the date of purchase. It is possible to exchange a product for the same model, differing only in size, colour or pattern, or for another product available at the ESOTIQ Salon in the same or higher price range, paying the difference.
Exchanges are only possible at the ESOTIQ Salon where the purchase was made.

Discounted products are not subject to exchange.
 
ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES:

  • • The product must not show any signs of use;
  • • The product must have the original tags permanently attached to it;
  • • If the purchased product was packaged, it should be in its original, undamaged packaging;
  • • The returned/exchanged product must not be an item with a physical defect, damage or incomplete value identified at the time of purchase;

 
The condition for exchange or return is the presentation of an undamaged and legible fiscal receipt or VAT invoice.
 
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged or returned:

  • • underwear
  • • cosmetics

 
 
In the case of any promotion, discount, sale, coupons, cards and discount codes, the Esotiq brand may introduce additional exclusions from exchanges and returns.


COMPLAINTS ABOUT GOODS IN A BRICK-AND-MORTAR STORE

Products purchased in ESOTIQ stores can only be complained about in the stores where they were purchased.

DELETING YOUR ACCOUNT

 

1. Deleting a registered user account on the website

If you are a registered user of our website and wish to delete your account, please contact our Customer Service Department (CSD). Our team is ready to assist you in this process and ensure that your data is deleted in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

 

2. Deleting a registered user account in the mobile application If you are a user of our mobile application, you can also delete your account in two ways:

• contact Customer Service. Our specialists will guide you through the entire process, ensuring that all your data is securely deleted;
• use the form in the application. To do this, go to the Account tab -> Settings -> Delete account.

 

3. Withdrawing marketing consents

If you wish to withdraw your marketing consent, click on the "unsubscribe HERE" link at the bottom of each Esotiq newsletter. This will remove your e-mail address from our database.
