Order lead time
We do our best to make sure you get your order no later than 48 hours after the purchase. Unfortunately, in some cases this may take longer.
What affects the order lead time?
Primarily, the selected payment method. Quick online transfer through the Dotpay platform and Cash on Delivery minimise the lead time on our part. For ordinary transfers, your order is dispatched after the credit to our account is recorded – which usually extends the lead time by 1 working day.* If you want to receive your ESOTIQ lingerie quickly, pay by e-transfer!
What does the information “Shipping in 2 days” mean when accompanying a product?
48 h is the maximum time we need to pick your order and hand a packed parcel to a UPS courier or ship it to a Delivery Locker. We are often able to ship the order earlier than that, even on the order placement date. However, in some cases you may wait for your order a little longer.
What does the information “Product with extended lead time” in the Cart mean?
Such information appears if one of the products or the required quantity of items of a particular product must be shipped from the central warehouse. The lead time of such orders is 4 to 6 working days.
When does a UPS courier deliver parcels from ESOTIQ.COM?
Parcels are delivered by UPS on the working day following their dispatch from our warehouse. This is the time limit declared by the courier service and it may be extended in the pre-Christmas season.
When does InPost deliver parcels from ESOTIQ.COM?
Similarly to the courier service, your parcel should be ready for pick-up in the Delivery Locker on the working day following its dispatch from our warehouse. You can track the precise status through the link to be received from us in the e-mail confirming the dispatch. Additionally, InPost will text you when the parcel is in the Delivery Locker.
When are parcels delivered to RUCH locations?
A parcel is delivered to the selected RUCH location no later than on the 2nd (second) working day following its dispatch by ESOTIQ.com.
- In special periods, such as Christmas, or in the case of difficult traffic conditions or special ESOTIQ CLUB offers, the shipping time may be longer.
