I agree to the collection and processing of my personal data (e-mail address) by ESOTIQ & HENDERSON S.A. with its registered office in Gdańsk for the purpose of receiving information about product availability in the ESOTIQ Online Shop. a) my right of access to my personal data, right to their recertification and right to request their erasure; b) the contact details of the Data Protection Officer (hereinafter the “DPO”) appointed by the Data Controller, i.e. about the fact that any requests may be sent to the DPO’s e-mail address: iod@esotiq.com; c) the purpose of data collection, that is electronic transmission of information about product availability in the ESOTIQ Online Shop; d) the legal ground for data collection, that is Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, whereunder data processing is lawful if the data subject has agreed to the processing of their data for a particular purpose; e) my right of access to the content of my data and my right of recertification of the data; f) the voluntary nature of providing my data; g) the fact that Data Controller has no intention of transferring my personal data to a third country or to an international organisation; h) the retention period for my personal data (obtained for the purpose of sending information by electronic means), which will be retained for 30 days after I ave this consent; i) my right to request the Data Controller for access to, rectification of, erasure of and restriction of processing of the personal data that concern me or my right to object to the processing and my right to transfer my data to another controller; j) my right to withdraw the consent to the processing of my personal data at any time, without this affecting the lawfulness of any processing done under that consent before its withdrawal; k) my right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Polish Inspector General for Personal Data Protection – GIODO, and after the transformation: President of the Personal Data Protection Office); l) the fact that giving my data is not my statutory obligation but a prerequisite for concluding the contract, and if I do not give my data, I will be unable to receive notification about product availability in the ESOTIQ Online Shop; m) the Data Controller will prepare personalised marketing communications based on my purchasing history, behaviour on the ESOTIQ.com website and the personal data I have given.
